Sales — NVOCC
We're hiring an NVOCC sales lead to grow our container book of roughly 2,500 boxes — dry, reefer and special equipment — across UAE, the Far East, South-Eastern and Southern Asia, East Africa, Europe and the Persian Gulf.

- Develop and grow the NVOCC customer book — traders, freight forwarders and direct shippers.
- Quote and negotiate rates, allocations and contracts across our trade lanes.
- Coordinate with Operations on bookings, equipment availability and sailing schedules.
- Maintain a pipeline in CRM and report weekly on volumes, revenue and conversion.
- Represent Nautica at trade shows (BBME, Intermodal, GFS) and customer visits in-region.
What you’ll bring
- Two-plus years of NVOCC, container-line or freight-forwarder sales experience.
- Strong working knowledge of dry, reefer, open-top and flat-rack equipment.
- Familiarity with our lanes — UAE, Far East, South-Eastern and Southern Asia, East Africa, Europe and Persian Gulf — is a clear plus.
- Excellent commercial English; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu or Mandarin is a bonus.
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team.
