Sales — Chartering
We're hiring a Chartering sales lead to expand our dry-bulk and tanker book — Handymax, Panamax and Aframax — and our growing sale & purchase activity.

- Source and close voyage and time-charter business across dry bulk and tanker tonnage.
- Build a network of vessel owners, operators and end-receivers; maintain daily contact with the market.
- Originate sale-and-purchase opportunities and progress them to closing in cooperation with the team.
- Negotiate fixtures, manage demurrage / despatch and resolve operational issues with our partners.
- Represent Nautica at industry events and on owner / charterer visits in-region.
What you’ll bring
- Two-plus years of chartering, brokerage, or sale & purchase experience — Handymax, Panamax, Aframax or comparable.
- Comfortable reading C/Ps, laytime statements and standard market reports.
- An existing book of contacts among owners, operators or commodity traders is a strong plus.
- Excellent commercial English; Arabic, Greek or Mandarin is a bonus.
- Self-directed, with the judgement to act fast on market moves.
